About me

I’m a California-based UX and accessibility enthusiast who is constantly learning new things.

What I do

I work for The Asia Foundation as senior web manager, overseeing external web communications and serving as the accessibility advocate for the organization.

Over the past ten years, I have helped to create a content strategy, overseen two website redesigns, assisted in making an updated brand book and maintained high standards. I advocated adding accessibility compliance to our communications products for the first time, and led the push to train staff on what accessibility means and why it matters.

How I do it

By constantly trying to do better.

What I’ve learned

Self-taught in most things web.

Received an Ideo U certificate in Foundations in Design thinking this past year. I graduated from the University of Washington with a master’s degree in International Studies. Went to UC Santa Cruz for undergrad.
